Shipping policy
1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders for original paintings are processed within 4 weeks.
- Shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship internationally using premium couriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure rapid and secure delivery.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times generally range from 5–10 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance speeds.
- Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur if a package is held at your local customs facility for routine inspection.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Owen Rival Art is not responsible for any customs clearance delays, nor are we liable for any additional customs duties or regional taxes applied to your order upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Artwork Duty Exemption: In most countries (including Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia), original hand-painted artwork is classified as duty-free under international tariff codes.
- Import Taxes & VAT: While import duties are generally $0, you may still be subject to your country’s local sales tax or Value Added Tax (VAT)—such as GST/HST in Canada or import VAT in Europe..
5. Damages
If you receive your artwork and find it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at owenrivalart@gmail.com.
- Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.
- Take clear, high-resolution photographs of both the external box damage and the damage to the painting itself.
